Cancellation & Return Policy

Gigi Gadgets India (gigigadgets.com) is a brand owned by Iquester Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership firm registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India with LLP Identification Number: AAI-4135 and duly organized and existing under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 of India whose registered office is at 191, Jodhpur Park, 1st Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700068, India.

This Policy describes how we govern our operations related to Cancellation, Return & Refund. We imply that by visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Policy.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please consider the following:

• If your order shipment has not left our stock point,
  • you will receive a full refund within 10 to 15 business days
• If your order shipment has already left our stock point,
  • you will receive a full refund, less the onward shipping charges to your destination, within 10 to 15 business days of the shipment being returned to us
• If your order shipment reaches you even after cancellation,
  • you will receive a full refund, less the onward shipping charges to your destination, within 10 to 15 business days of the shipment being returned to us
  • depending on the shipping method that you might have chosen or due to certain unforeseen circumstance, we might be unable to pick-up your return shipment; in that case, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our stock point in Kolkata (The return shipment charges may be refunded to you after the product reaches us)

Return

To be eligible for a return,

• you have 7 days to initiate return of an item from the date you had received it
• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• your item must be in the original packaging that you received it in
• your item needs to be accompanied by the original tax invoice or a proof of purchase

Product returns received with

• physical damage, wear and tear on the product like scratches and dents
• damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
• missing box contents like an accessories, greeting card, user’s manual, warranty instruction card, etc.
• damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
• missing or tampered identification labels like serial number barcode or price tag from the product

Note: Refunds may attract a damage fee upto 100% for exception products
