Payment

We do not collect or store your card data on our servers. We use or may use services from several payment gateway service providers for processing payments. All payment gateway service provider adhere to their own policies, privacy or otherwise, and can be referred to on their respective websites.

We use the following payment options or gateway services for processing payments:

Refund

All eligible refunds are initiated within 10 business days, subject to the following:

• only after the product has been received back at our stock point
• and will be transferred, as per banking and/or payment gateway policies; refer Payment section for details

Deduction (if any)

Certain amount may be deducted from the refund amount in some circumstances, like:

• onward shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for orders that were cancelled after they were shipped
• onward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for orders that were returned after they were received, with exception to receiving product with any manufacturing defect

Note: Refunds for products falling in Return Exception category may also attract a damage fee upto 100%. To understand the Return Exception in detail, refer to the Cancellation & Return Policy.

Revisions to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Jurisdiction
