Listing Your Products

Go to Your Vendor Dashboard After logging in, navigate to the Vendor Dashboard on your store.

Access the Products Section Click on “Products” in the left menu to view all your current listings.

Add New Product Click on “Add New Products” (usually at the top right) to open the product creation form.

Enter Product Details Fill in all the necessary fields—add a product name, price, images, description, and select product type (simple or variable).

Submit Your Product Once ready, click “Create product” to save and publish. You can also use “Create & add new” to quickly list multiple items.

Edit or Update Listings After saving, you can edit your new products from the dashboard to add more details or make changes.
Product Approval Process
After a product is submitted, it enters a review stage by our marketplace team to check for quality, accuracy, and compliance with our policies. Products typically go live within 2 working days of submission, once the review is complete and approval is granted. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your product has been approved or if further changes are needed.

Storage and Shipping
Gigi Gadgets is currently acting only as a sales channel for sellers. We support the drop shipping model, meaning you hold and manage your own inventory, and ship products directly to customers after each sale.
Direct Fulfillment: You are responsible for shipping and packaging; orders are routed directly to you upon purchase.
No Storage Fees: We do not offer warehousing or storage services at this time.
Simple Scaling: This approach keeps your overhead low and allows you to start selling with minimal hassle.

Fees & Commission
Gigi Gadgets aims to keep selling simple and transparent for every seller and customer. As a sales channel, we currently charge no registration or listing fees. No commissions or registration fees are applied beyond fixed charges.

- ₹20 (plus applicable taxes) fixed fee per order is charged to the seller
- ₹10 (plus applicable taxes) fixed fee per order is charged to the customer
- There are no variable commission percentages on your sales

Payment Processing
Our payment processing system ensures secure, efficient transfer of funds through trusted gateways, facilitating smooth and timely transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Payment Gateway Charges: Actual Razorpay transaction fees will be deducted per payment, typically around 2% for domestic transactions and 3% for select international or premium cards. These charges include applicable GST.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not support Cash on Delivery as a payment option on our platform to ensure secure and efficient transactions.
This transparent approach ensures sellers are fully informed about payment costs and available payment methods.
Government Tax Compliance
To ensure full adherence to financial regulations, Gigi Gadgets complies with all applicable government tax laws and statutory requirements, including proper deduction, reporting, and remittance of taxes.
- For sellers without GST registration, applicable government taxes – including Tax Collected at Source (TCS) under GST law – will be deducted at the prescribed rates and reported to the GST council as mandated by law.
- Sellers registered under GST are responsible for their GST filings but can claim credit for any TCS deducted.
- All tax deductions ensure full compliance with India’s financial and statutory tax requirements for e-commerce transactions, maintaining transparency and regulatory adherence.
This framework helps safeguard both sellers and the platform while ensuring adherence to Indian tax regulations.
